- Have you ever received a large snow removal bill after a busy winter month?
- Have you ever had trouble finding the money to pay that large bill?
- Have you ever wished there was a way for you to budget your property maintenance costs?
If you answered yes to any of the above then you might be a candidate for one of our budget contracts.
Q:
What is a budget contract?
A: Quite simply, it's a payment plan spread out over a
given time period that covers your property maintenance needs.
We've been offering them for several years now and many customers
seem to be quite happy with them as we're seeing them grow in
popularity all the time. What we do is discuss your needs, draft a
plan to cover each of those needs, then give you a price with equal
payments spread out over the term of the contract.
Q: What if it doesn't snow, aren't I gambling with my
money?
A: Well, our reply is, how many years can you recall that
being the case, and when a heavy snow year happens, how shocking were
your bills? So which way is really more of a gamble?
What we do is figure an average based on the last few years,
usually from two to five. This generally gets us very close so
that both parties are treated as fairly as possible. In our
experience they usually work out pretty fairly and a 2 year contract
tends to works out even better.
Our contracts are available for one or many of our services and we
usually offer you a discount for multiple services. We like
budget contracts because they guarantee us a constant revenue
stream, our customers like them because it guarantees them fixed
expenses. We can also offer these contracts in varying terms,
for example a winter seasonal contract covering snow removal and ice
melt service (November through March) or a summer contract covering
mowing, trimming, and fertilization/pesticide application (April
through October). We also offer 1 or 2 year contracts covering
two or more of our services you might need and again, all payments
are evenly distributed month to month. We try to be extremely
flexible with both our contracts and services so that we can meet as
many of your needs as possible. No other company in the area
offers as many services as we do and therefor cannot compete with us
on pricing for all of these services combined.
Q: When under contract isn't there the possibility
you'll skimp on my service to maximize your profit?
A: Quite simply put, not a chance. Just like with per time customers,
our goal is to keep contract customers happy. As we stated
earlier, we like these contracts so it's in our best interest to
ensure that our customers do as well. We've always maintained
that profitability isn't in taking advantage of the customer rather
it's in taking care of the customer so that you'll have their work
for years to come.
If you're even the slightest bit curious about one of our budget contracts
then please
let us know. We'll be happy to discuss your needs
and we always provide free estimates for our services!
