We're a full service commercial property maintenance company located in Wabash, Indiana.  The company's roots stem back to 1974 when the company's former president, Ron Pries first began plowing snow.  He started out with just 1 pickup truck and within just a few short years became one of the largest snow removal companies in Wabash.  He consistently grew, adding more trucks and more drivers year by year.  It is true however that the company no longer has as many pickup trucks as it once did.  The reason for this is we've found many ways to increase the productivity level of every piece of equipment we use.  We now operate a fleet of large industrial diesel wheel loaders with containment plows that do the amount of work pickup trucks only dream of in a fraction of the time.  Our current line up of pickup trucks are equipped with power-v plows and expanding wing plows.  This allows a truck to be much more efficient than previously possible.  Our municipal style salt spreading trucks are equipped with computer controlled spreading systems helping increase efficiency and accuracy and because each unit is equipped with either a 10' or 11' spreader they can spread several lots without needing to constantly reload.  We also stock pile large amounts of rock salt in two seperate locations ensuring we have ample supply to meet demand.  Changes of this type have allowed us to drastically increase efficiency which helps us better control cost, which in turn saves our customers money and provides them with piece of mind that we'll get the job completed quickly.

Our lawn care service was born in the late 80's and our reputation for quality service coupled with the acquisition of another large company in the area helped propel us to the top where we've been for several years now.  We've made many changes along the way to ensure that we grew and evolved with our customer's needs and for the most part we feel we've kept up well and have often times been copied by our competition.

Our sweeping service which came along in the early 90's was born out of necessity.  Multiple times our customers requested sweeping service and attempts to subcontract to other companies led to very unsatisfactory results.  We came to the realization that the only way to ensure it was done right was to do it ourselves.  We've since built a reputation of quality, reliability and consistency, something we couldn't seem to obtain from other companies.  We operate some of the most powerful sweepers in the industry and they continue to pickup debris where others fall short.

In September of 2011, our President and founder, Ron Pries passed away.  The company, now under the direction of his eldest son Casey, will continue to focus on the company's core values that Ron instilled in all of us.  We have always been family owned and operated and will continue in this direction as this is what Ron always wanted.  While Ron's passing was a shock to us and many others it was clear that he had been moving towards retirement and he had been preparing all of us for that time.  Over the past couple of years Ron had stepped back from many of the company's day-to-day operations and was delegating more and more of the responsibilities to all of his sons.  For this reason we are confident in our abilities and we will continue to grow and innovate in our industry.

We feel our future is bright and we certainly look forward to working with more and more customers to satisfy their needs.  We are constantly researching and investing in new equipment and reviewing our methodologies in an attempt to improve upon our service in any way we can.  We're not comfortable just relaxing and operating on business as usual as we know there is always room for improvement.  We have many positive changes on the horizon that will help ensure we stay on top of the competition and continue to provide the sort of services our customers need and demand at prices they can afford.  One of the biggest reasons our company carries our family name is it helps drive us to maintain our reputation.  If any of our customers are ever dissatisfied with any service we offer we'll do our best to make it right as 100% customer satisfaction is always our #1 goal.
